Arrow Desktop manager download issue ???

hi,
i tried to download BB desktop manager for my 7100r from rogers, blackberry websites but after after extracting winzip file > windows installer say > preparing to install > and then i get error that installation is interrupted and BB desktop manager cannot continue.. > pls run installation again.........

this happened several times >> i cannot understand that where is the problem in my computers windows installer although i updated windows installer from microsoft site.

what u genious people advice

thanks who viewed this post............. problem is solved by using restore point in system tools of the computer
