Do i register under outlook? and when i try that i get a need url?

not sure what you are asking - are you trying to get your Gmail to go to your handheld?
if so you have 2 options

1) enable POP access in Gmail; log into your BIS account and add the addrss
2) set a forwarding rule in Gmail and forward your email to your BIS address
