I use a blackberry tied to my company BES and love the automatic wireless integration (e.g. when I send on my desktop the sent email appears as a sent email on my blackberry and vice versa).

But now my wife wants to get either a treo or a blackberry for herself and set things up on her home pc (no office bes available). And to make matters worse, she uses a variety of pop email accounts and will not be able to limit herself to a blackberry email account.

Will she be able to do wireless integration without BES, or will she just be stuck with some form of non-push email system that does not integrate well?

Could I install BES on my own pc and home and substantially help the situation? In that case would she be able to wirelessly integrate all her pop accounts?
