Default Service Book Loading Through Backups

Please Login to Remove!

I currently have a 7520 with absolutely no service books on it. I have boost mobile and not nextel service so I cannot get any service books pushed to it. One person suggested that I load their IPD file (with only service books in it) to grab the critical service books. I have tried loading this file into all three versions of the OS available to me (4.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.0) but each time I restore it they never appear.

Is it possible someone else can upload their service books and let me try them or enlighten me as to how I can remedy this situation?

I would like to use google talk but it returns that I do not have the correct service book, also I have no browser configuration which would be nice to remedy.

Thanks in advance,
Adam

Unless you have a BlackBerry Data Plan, you will not get any services books.

Done.

This is where I am right now.
I have the boost mobile data plan (full NXTL caps). I have Opera Mini, Mologogo, Google Maps (albeit very difficult to get without the broswer), Ramble IM, and Gmail. I definately have TCP available, but the service books are holding me back. I have NO service books installed and every time I try to use Google Talk, BBweather, Messaging, and the Browser I always get an error of not the correct service book.

I heard somewhere that you can load a backup of someone else's service books and that works, but I only have one such backup to try and it does not work with any of the OS's that I listed above.

Any help or backups of service books would be appreciated (they must be zipped).

Thanks
