OK, hopefully this is a simple question for someone but this is driving me nuts!!.

My General Manager had a problem with his 7100 where no inbound email was being synchronised either wirelessly or vis USB but outbound and address books were OK.

After trying various options I spoke to Vodafone (UK) about the problem and they said to do a hard-reset (ie. remove user from BES server (Lotus Domino), remove state database for user, wipe the handheld and re-issue activation password for user.

This has now sorted the email problem but the address book/contact list is missing and we cannot see how we download the local address book for the user.

Please help as the GM is driving me to an early grave.
