Could you be a little more specific? When you see "turn of the wire" what do you mean? Are you saying, use the devices "turn wireless off" option? then go into Options/Advanced Options/Service book, the delete, then turn wireless back on?
My contacts have stopped syncing to the BES, but everything else does. I've tried other solutions posted to no avail.
