Ok, so i text messages were working just fine for the first two months of owning my 7100i Blackberry and now i get them about a few day/weeks after they were sent, and i cant send any out...Any help?

Good chance that it's a service issue, not necessarily a BB issue. Typically, if you get delayed messages, that's why.

k, i have the unlimited everything plan and the data plan so should i just go to the local Nextel place and ask what the deal is?

i was wondering on the blackberry. when u get a text message does it point u to the broswer to view ur message or does it store it on ur bb. because i know with the phones u get a message and open it and it points u to the broswer for the text to be loaded?

it just tells me i have a new message up top then i go to the messages area and i open it like an email and it shows it.

worked great and instant for a good 3-4 months now nothing?

Can't speak for Nextel, but typically, SMS messages show up on your phone.

I would talk to either Nextel customer care, or visit your nearest dealer to help you troubleshoot.

Also, something makes me recall that Nextel has issues with SMS...as in, they don't support them. I don't remember why I think that, though.

You are right. They only support incoming texts. To send a text, it has to either be sent as an email or an MMS without the picture or sound or whatever.
