Unable to get new emails

I have two users that are unable to receive new emails
They have a lot of emails in their Inboxes (9000) messages.
How do I check if they out of quota on their BBs, what is the best way to clean their BB Inbox space (Environment is 7100/BES/Outlook 2003)

Check to see if they're out of free memory on the BB. Then teach them the advantages of email management and the use of folders.

is bb showing everything that is in your Inbox only - in other words - if they move messages to other folders in their mail box they will not see them on BB - will messages that were moved to other folders be deleted or removed from BB when they Reconcile...
