Exclamation BES Question

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum!

Currently I am on a corporate BES and needless to say it has totally limited the functionality of my 7130e. Can I get off the BES temporarily so I can download some themes? I am not sure I want off it permanently (I like the synchronization) but I do want to be able to download themes. Thanks for any help you folks can provide!

Is your downlaod option not there?
I have tested with one of my users and we run BES 4.1 and was able to download a new theme.

Your best bet is to ask your BB admin to allow that functionality in the policy. For the record, it isn't BES that has limited your functionality; BES generally increases functionality. It's the security protocols set forth by your IT dept. or BB admin that limit what you can do.

And if this is a company owned BlackBerry you'd be wise not to monkey with BES settings. At some places that's cause for termination.
