Default Help!!! Messages stuck in Outlook Outbox

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Everyone,

I am running an 8700g on bis with outlook 2003. I have not had any problems like this before. Tjis is my seconb BB, so it's not a set-up issue.

All of my 'network@etp02.etp.na.blackberry.net' messages are now gwtting stuck in my outbox. It seems because of this I can't get ny new messages.

Anyone with any input woulb be a huge help???

Did you try to do an Enterprise Activation or select "Desktop Redirector" at the time yoiu loaded Desktop Manager? You should not be getting any of those messages with BIS...

Thanks for the info. I tried re-installing like you said. I believe that's how i originally installed it anyway. That didn't do anything. I'm on the Bharti os. My Desktop Manager version says 4.1.1.9, but in ass/chang programs it says 4.0.2?

Any suggestions???

Try and do a "clean install" of Desktop Manager; search the forum for the instruction (I don';t have them handy). You may also have to delete a Service Book on your BlackBerry. These messages are caused by Desktop Redirector trying to forward messages (but you aren't running it).

Hey NJBlackBerry,

If you're out there. I followed your instructions to the letter. I re-installed Desktop Manager, and now my redirector doesn't work at all.

Any suggestions?

does it state it's running/active? do you still have the desktop service books on your handheld?
