Hey all.
I have a 7250 and my trackwheel is acting up. It's about 10 months old.

When I scroll the wheel down it scrolls down, then jumps up a few spaces.

I'm sure you can imagine the irritation this is causing.

Anyone have a quick-fix, or know of a solution?

Your still within your one yr. of RIM manufacturer warranty. Call your carrier and have it swapped out under warranty at no cost.

I would suggest you not put your vzw address here. Pick another email that you can change and have it forwarded there. Once spamed you can never get rid of it except call VZ and have them change your account.

I agree with Finch. If it is under warranty, swap it out. If it wasn't under warranty and it was my BB, I'd order a new track wheel and I'd do the install myself. I've never come across a repair that I couldn't fix on my own. If you search the forum you'll find a thread that shows where someone took their BB apart and posted pictures of it. I guess I'm just not afraid to take anything apart and put it back together, but that's my nature. Good luck with your endevors.

Thanks for the help. I called vzw and told them. They are shipping me a new phone, and it will be here by Wednesday.
