Default Buy blackberries directly?

I am doing research to see if a wireless co-op is viable. See signature for further info.

Does RIM ever sell Blackberries directly in large quantities?

How many users do I need to make an impression on Telus/Rogers/Bell? 100, 500, 1000 users? 5000 users?

If anyone could give me an idea of how Corporate and Enterprise products are priced, that would be very much appreciated.

My pricing with Verizon is about $70 after the $100 rebate they have been running forever but i am at the 100-499 unit level get an %8 disc on bis pricing, but tring to jump to the next level or higher %10 or %15...
Then data pack is about $44 for unlimited data.
Also these are US$....

Companies like Expansys sell unlocked Blackberries not tied to a particular company.
