Default Question re: deleted items folder

Does anyone on a BES server have their deleted items folder redirected? We're running BES 4.1, and when users look at the deleted folder on their handhelds, it's always empty.

I was pretty certain that prior to our upgrade to 4.1, this wasn't the case--you could actually search/view deleted items. I contacted RIM, who said deleted items folder should always be empty on the handheld, and that it has always been this way. I don't think I'm crazy though--I'm assuming I didn't imagine the deleted emails before.

Anyone have any feedback?

We are on 4.0 and 'deleted items' is always empty....

Mine has always been empty but so is my head half the time.

Its always been empty for me as well. Which sometimes gets me into trouble, as its easy to accidentally delete something (I have it set to not prompt before deleting).

Well, thanks for the feedback. Guess I imagined it.

Or perhaps was confused with Goodlink, which I also use, and syncs the deleted items...

it's always empty on mine as well, if you delete an email from the bb it shows in the Outlook deleted items folder.

I'm not sure what the Deleted Items'folder on the BB is for?
