Hi all ... I was wondering if anyone knows of any decent note taking/sticky note type of software for the Blackberry. A bunch of these exist for PPC and Palm, but I have yet to find one for the BB.

What's wrong with the memopad software that comes with the BB OS?

I use momepad and it syncs to my outlook via BES. Now that's cool!

It is but as strange as it sounds I only sync my calendar with my BES.

ideaMatrix by rexwireless. Much better than notepad, your notes get backed up automatically and are available by web browser when the add that feature later this month.

Memopad is ok and it syncs to my Lotus Notes journal, but I was hoping to find a sticky note program that syncs to my desktop (they have them for PPC). I'll check out ideaMatrix.

One of the mods here, Mark, wrote a utility for taking Quick Notes. Works great. From his Sticky FAQ thread..

One hotkey access ("Q" key) to immediately jotting down notes that is automatically copied to the clipboard. Requires BlackBerryOS 3.6 or later. Free utility written by Mark Rejhon. To enable hotkeys, turn off "Dial From Home Screen" setting in Phone->Options (hotkey does not work on 71XX).
