What provider are you using? With Nextel you can edit/delete an existing e-mail address and add a new one quite easily through the website, I imagine other providers have a similar web service. You'll probably have to get the web login/password from the seller though.

richk is saying he can't even create an e-mail account on BIS because one already exists for that PIN. So he can't even get to the website to make the change you're suggesting. richk, call your provider and ask them to delete the account for the old user. You may have to hang in there through a few customer reps, because some are more knowledgeable than others.

Call Sprint and get ahold of the data/Blackberry support group. Tell them that you have to have the old account deleted so you can create a new one on the BIS.

Is it possible to hide sent messages on the 7250? If so, I would suggest that method. Your sent messages will stay on your BB, but they won't appear in your inbox. You can always find them later.

NJBlackBerry, does the method you link to keep sent messages off the BB or does it smiply hide them? I have a 7130, so I don't know what the differences are there.

It keeps them from being sent from Outlook to the BB.
