Default Is it possible? multiple user question

Please Login to Remove!

Am new to blackberry so this may be a stupid question apologies if its in the wrong place

Is it possible to set up a network of about 80 users which could be barred from making outgoing calls, and could only email within the network and not use the system to surf the net.

Really what we need in more of a one to many and the many to be able to contact the base.

If it is possible what would be the cheapest way to achieve this.

Thank you in advance

Edited to say would be based in the UK

if your on a BES then you get set up an IT policy
not sure if you can set up one to block the phone but you would be able to set up one to block using the net

your carrier - whoever it is - may be able to provide data only service. this would disable the phone aspect

hope this helps

Nextel devices allow you to block incoming, outgoing or both on the calls.
You will need a BES to deploy the IT policies as you described

Well Nextel is out if you are in the UK. Not sure if other providers can block incoming/outgoing calls, but you should be able to get a data only price plan...
