Blackberry support added recently to an already large LAN/WAN engineer workload.

Are you under 50K? 50-75K 75-100K?

I'd probably try to get into the 50-60 range with no fuss at all. 95% of all Network Admins I know make at least 50.

40k - same issue - Large LAN/WAN environment - but the salary would depend a lot on the cost of living in your area (my salary is low for what I do - I am working on it.)
