Hi -
Newbie questions:

- Am using the BES for work email, I assume I need to use BB Internet Service to use also get email from my other POP accounts? I've done that for one of them which seems fine, but an extra mailbox appears on my BB, yet the emails to that POP account go to my main mailbox...is there an FAQ somewhere for using multiple email accounts along with a BES?

- On the BES side, I've gotten it so if I delete an email on my BB, it gets deleted on my Exchange/desktop. Can't it work the other way too? If I delete a message on my desktop, or move a message out of my Inbox to be stored in another folder, shouldn't it delete the message from my BB?

1) You can use both at the same time. BES to send/receive work email, and BIS to send/receive personal email. The email icon and the messages going to the main inbox are new features of BIS 2.0.

Thanks - I wish there was more documentation on the interaction of BES and BIS.

I must have a setting wrong somewhere - as deleting on my desktop does not delete on my handheld.

No problem - I'm trying to get answers too...

BB = BlackBerry
BES = Blackberry Enterprise Server (works in an enterprise environment with corporate email such as Exchange)
BIS = Blackberry Internet Service (works with other email accounts (i.e. POP) without having to have software installed directly on your local computer
