We are using Exchange 2000 with our BES. We have very strict limits on mailbox sizes. One of the questions I get most, is there a way to empty my Exchange deleted items from the blackberry? Does anyone know of a way to do this. Blackberry's range in models but most are 7290s.

In messages, click wheel and select Options. Select "email reconcillation", then click on trackwheel and select "purge deleted items".

You will be prompted for which service to purge. Select "desktop" for your BES deleted items folder.
