It can be done by yourself--someone posted the software on either here at Howard Forums. You do require the MSL code, which you would need to contact Bell for.

The new email icons are part of the BIS 2.0 upgrade (individual email icons for each account).

The Bell Theme is part of the new 4.1 software. You can also download a couple other themes from the HELP! website through your Blackberry browser.

ASP Flex is my BES/email hosting service.

My carrier, Bell Mobility, doesn't provide full MDS. Therefore I use BES hosting to access 3rd party applications. I also like the features BES has to offer...

The Master Lock Code (MSL) is a 6 digit code which is used to access the NAM programming for your device. The "device password" is probably your MSL.

The MIN and MDN are your 10 digit mobile phone number (with no punctuation).

After the PRL update you will need to access your devices NAM programming menu (by dialing ##[MSL], where [MSL] is your six digit code) and re-enter your mobile number into the "Mobile Directory #" and "IMSI_S" fields.

If your voice and data services are up and running I wouldn't be concerned. My network code is "64"; I'm on Bell Mobility's network in Ontario.
