Default Did Nextel break something?

Please Login to Remove!

Data stopped working Friday. Phone shows "NXtl" I called Nextel yesterday, and they said there was a system-wide data outtage since Saturday b/c of an upgrade. I haven't checked the phone today.

Not that I don't trust those intelligent and informed employees over at Sprintel , but... anyone else experience this?

Did they happen to mention what exactly is being upgraded?

I haven’t had any problems over the weekend with data.

Try the following

click options (wrench icon)
click Security
open menu and Master Radio Reset
(choose yes and password is 000000 (six zeroes) )

go back to options menu

click Host Routing Table
open menu and Register Now

No.. they didn't say, and I left my Blackberry in my office at home. Maybe it'll work when I get home.

Could be a tower issue.

Just got off the phone w/ Nextel. This CSR said it's not a national outtage, but a local one. Still no ETA on when they'll have data services up.

Going on the 76th hour of uninterrupted nothingness. Yay.

And they still haven't fixed it. And they still have no estimated time of repair.
