I am sorry if this has been asked, I realize you get an icon for every account you add to BIS 2.0 (cingular), is there any way to tell which email acct is rec. the email on your handheld. I get an alert but no way to tell by just looking at the screen, I have to look in each icon to see where the mail went???

It might be easier, for you, if you check the folder labeled Messages rather than your individual email folders.

Thanks for the info, and I had already realized that I guess I was hopping that the individual icons were there for more than just show or to help you org your messages, I thought maybe I was missing something and there was the ability to have alerts that helped deliniate between the email addresses, wishfull thinking thanks for the reply though!

Just took the plunge and upgraded to Bell BIS 2.0. One new icon appeared on my 7130e......XXXXX@bell.balckberry.net. Going through the help section on adding email accounts it talks about an "Email Accounts" icon on the BB but no such icon is present but I can see it on the BIS website. Are there any other icons missing?

Just an update on yesterday's post.

I just noticed that the "Mail Connector" icon, for email settings, is also missing. Any idea how I can get it on my BB.
