Default Which email connection is fastest with BIS 2.0?

Please Login to Remove!

I am using Cingular's BIS 2.0.

For a couple of my email accounts, I have several alternative ways to access the email. Which is best (ie. fastest delivery time, integeration of changes, etc.)?

* IMAP
* Outlook Web Access
* POP

My hunch is IMAP is the best, and POP is least good.
