Default Leftover signature?

Please Login to Remove!

Howdy all -

When I first got my 7100 (T-mobile), it had the app to set email preferences, signatures, etc., on the BB, and I did that. A couple of upgrades later, and that stuff is being done on the website. However, my signature on the BB is still the original one, even when I change it via the website.

I even got "Setup Internet Email" back on the BB and tried it there, but the signature still remains. How can I clear that out?

Thanks,

Jim

what service book are you using when you send email? sounds like your sending using an old one (like web client) as the service books for BIS store your signature

the other thing is to resend your self the books once you change your singature on the T-Mobile site

That did it! I never really understood what the service books were (and were used for). So service books are per account (gmail, work, etc.)?

Thanks!

yup - each service book contains the signature for each account; they're also needed to be able to send email (and receive)
