I bought a laptop from a guy last week, and he threw in a BB 6750... When I got a battery that worked, I had to enter the password wrong 10 times in order to access it, which was fine, cause I didn't want any of the previous owner's junk on there anyhow. The problem is, it was evidently used with BES previously, and the IT policy wasn't removed. Is there a way to reset ALL the settings to factory defaults, or just remove the policy without having to use BES to do so? I'd like to use it for work, but there's no way I'm going to get my employer to pay for BES just for me.
