Default sms delivery confirmation on cingular?

can cingular do delivery confirmations for SMS messages?

tmobile can, but i was wondering if cingular ever added that ability

Can you tell me how to set up T-mobile for SMS confirmation and do you know if that works with Pin numbers as well?

pins have it on already, emails cannot have it

While I was able to turn on the conformations option for SMS on my T-mobile 8700g....I found no option for Pin conformations and I don't currently get one for received Pin notes.
