Default upgraded OS, don't like icons

Please Login to Remove!

I use a 7290 on Tmobile, and I just decided to upgrade the OS software that they released about a month ago.

The upgrade was successful, but now I have 3 icons for messages...one reads "messages", one is my TMO email address, and one is my POP email that is forwarded to the device.

I used to just have one icon for "messages", which is what I want. How do I change this.

Also, the web browser is gone...what do I do about that?

Please help!

Select the message icon you don't want then press the ALT key (half moon) and click the track wheel. Selec Hide app. Do the same to the next one. Leaving the one you want to keep visible

Hope this helps.

Try resending your service books from BIS for the browser...

I prefer black electrical tape to hide icons. Makes for a rugged look consistent with my screws.

as rcbjr said you can hide the icons you don't want. if you are using the list theme however, you can't hide a line in the list, but you can move one you don't use much to the bottom of the list.
