Well, you may have answered it before, but only RIM can provide the authoritative answer, and they don't appear to agree with you. Strictly speaking, zarza's answer is the only correct answer, because the only plural that RIM *ever* uses, having just perused their website, is "BlackBerry devices" so the correct answer is that NEITHER "BlackBerrys" or "BlackBerries" is right. As a matter of fact, RIM appears to never even use "BlackBerry" alone as a noun to refer to a singular device, always calling one either a "BlackBerry device" or using the model number, as in "BlackBerry 8700c." So when we use any of these terms here, we're taking liberties from the official RIM position, in which case for informal forum use, I don't think it really matters how you decide to make it plural.
