Hi everyone,hopefully someone can help with this strange issue I've got.
In my company there are 2 lawyers who have a rule set up in Outlook 2003 so that when they send an email, 2 copies of this email are produced,one goes in their own Mailbox-Sent Items folder while another one goes to a group mailbox Sent Items folder.
When they send mails from their PCs this rule works fine, but when they send mail from their Blackberries only 1 copy is produced, and this copy is placed in their own Mailbox-Sent Items.No copy is placed in the Sent Items folder of the group mailbox.
I have been playing about with Outlook rules, I have also checked on the BES and spoken to our BB provider who said its an issue with Outlook rather than with BB, but i can't for the life of me get to the bottom of it.According to both the users this rule/functionality has been set up for a long time (by a previous IT guy who used to work here) and has only recently stopped working.
The 2 BBs are 6230s and they are running off a BES,client is Outlook 2003, desktop manager software is version 3.7 (i think)
Any help would be greated appreciated.

In the BIS 2.0 setup page you can set up an Auto BCC email address and have copies sent to whomever. I don't do this, but seems like this could at least get the emails archived or copied to others.

Thanks for your reply Airmark1, unfortunately we use a Blackberry Enterprise Server (version 3.6.6.5), there is an auto BCC option there but enabling that would mean any mail sent through the BES from any user would be sent to the email address specified

I'm starting to think that maybe this thing has never worked.I think it is more of an Outlook/Exchange issue rather than a BB issue, our BB provider has confirmed as much.
