The Customer Service people have been very polite, but have been unable to get a code. One woman tried to go the extra mile by putting me on hold and calling the "Technical Services Group" (or something like that), who she says told her that because it's a warranty replacement, they don't have the code yet. She said she's never seen a problem like this and has given many people unlock codes.
