I had to totally delete a users BES and exchange profile. I saved there mail to an archive folder. After it was all said and done, I moved all her mail back to the server and re-activated her blackberry. All her tasks and calendar sync'd to the handheld, but her mail did not. She is recieving new mail and when she sends from her desktop, it shows up. Any idea how I can get her old mail to sync back with the blackberry?

Yeah have seen this before when all goes back except messages. have you tried doing an intellisync?

They don't sync with their pc's directly.

Depending on the version of BES you are using the most mail you will ever get back to the BB by default is 5 days. You can set it to more than that if you want but then you would have to reactivate again which really isn't the end of the world. Think of it as a new BB install for a user, how much mail gets put back onto the device when you set them up initially?

An intellisync will only syncronize the mail that is already on the device, it doesn't add mail to the device.

Is the User using pst files for Exchange. Blackberry doesn't recommend Exchange pst mailboxes. If the User is using a locally stored mailbox, than the only way to get her old emails is with Intellisync.

It is not possible to get emails on the BB using Intellisync. Intellisync is only for synchronizing address book, calendar, memopad and tasks. It does have the option to reconcile email but that is only for moves, deletes and unread/read status which is done wirelessly if your on a BES.
