this is my first post i hope you can help i purchased a 7520 through ebay and the phone is unlocked but i cannot access the internet. when i try to register on blackberry it say the pin is already registered, i have now way to contact the seller and my cell phone company telus will not help me because it is an unlocked nextel phone, i have an data package can anyone help me ? i know it is possible and you guys are the experts!!

xxx253;our going to need to get a hold of the seller....they didn't remove they're old BIS account before they sold it to ya and most likely their carrier won't do it for you if they tell you who it is as your not the owner they have in the system (security and all)

Aside from contacting the old owner -- talk to Telus support..

I'm not sure what Telus can do for you if the PIN is registered with another carrier's BIS. Assuming that they can release the PIN it might help to tell them exactly what the problem is and that it has nothing to do with the device itself.

Good luck! Best bet is to get the seller to call his/her carrier to get the PIN disassociated.

Hate to break your heart boobsie but your SOL, Telus does not allow for foreign ESN/IMEI or PIN no. on their network. It's a policy they enforce. Call if you like they won't do much for you...
