I was playing around with my BES work 7100, and I wanted to experiment with the desktop redirector using my outlook email. Now I have two services under the security service, one my BES account and another is the redirector. The redirector service never worked, googled everywhere but the redirector keep saying its "Disabled"... Now I want to find a way to uninstall the redirector and remove the Security>Service>redirector encryption.

any ideas?

I now got my redirector working. Damn took a little while for the program to think...

Now I have both my work BES and redirector(outlook) email pushing to my 7100. But how can I default sent mail to use my BES work email account??? Somehow when I send emails from the BB, it sends from my outlook redirector account....

Try Options>Advanced>Messaging Services and change it there.

Delete the service book associated with it. There is a description of some in my tips doc.
