Is mail connector support 2 way sync? IF a message is deleting using my outlook desktop client, will it automatically be deleted off of the handheld is mail connector is running?

Not sure if I really understand what you are trying to ask. The only mail connectors that I know of are used with Exchange and have nothing to do with BB's. If you mean mail syncronization it can be set to either delete out of mailbox and handheld or just delete off of handheld only.

Mail Connector only supports one way reconciliation.

If you delete on the handheld, it will delete on your mail file, but NOT the other way.

You need a BES server for two way reconciliation with MS Outlook.
