Sounds like you desparately need to reload your firmware.
First, download and install the Blackberry Desktop Manager from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22
If you're not of how to set it up, select Internet.
Second, download and install the latest firmware for your BB from: http://www.t-mobile.com/bbupgrade/?A2L.SERVICE=SystemUpgrade
You will need to provide your BB Phone number to get to the download.
If you need to, run the Backup program before proceeding, or if you run the App Manager through Desktop Manager it should ask automatically if you want to backup and restore.
Now run the Desktop Manager, or if you're unsure of your setup you can simply run the Application Loader - "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe
", however the latest version of the App Loader in Desktop Manager claims it will back up apps installed wirelessly so it would be better to use (I don't know if that comes up if you run App Loader stand alone).
If for whatever reason it doesn't automatically update your firmware, force it.
