Download the latest Desktop Manager program from the RIM BlackBerry Support web page.
If this is a company BlackBerry with a corporate account (no BES), contact your local IT support group.
If this this using BIS - the BlackBerry Internet Service - you may have to contact your provider, as it should not matter it the PC is set up or not.
What problems do you see?
