Default Setup 6750 Blackberry device

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I recently had to replace my laptop. It seems that I did not setup my Blackberry device correctly on this new laptop. Can you help me with the proper steps in setting up my Blackberry device so that it sysnch with my laptop and Outlook email. Bell is my service provider we do not use a corporate BES server.

Thanks

Download the latest Desktop Manager program from the RIM BlackBerry Support web page.

If this is a company BlackBerry with a corporate account (no BES), contact your local IT support group.

If this this using BIS - the BlackBerry Internet Service - you may have to contact your provider, as it should not matter it the PC is set up or not.

What problems do you see?
