We are using Lotus Notes and BES 4.1. In both LN and on the BB device, the contacts are sorted by last name/first name. When I create a contact in LN, it saves it in both locations as last name/first name. But when I create the contact on the BB device it sorts it on the device last name/first name but in LN it is sorted by first name/last name even though all of the other contacts is last name/first name. Can anyone explain why and how this can be fixed?
