Default SAVE SMS MESSAGES on PC

Please Login to Remove!

On my previous Nokia Phone i would always download and save on my PC for archive and for record.

ON the blackberry i can choose to save them on the handset. BUT i feel this is slowing things down a little... after a few months i have many many hundreds of them...

anyone know how to save them across to the PC?????

i prefer the handset is blank regularly and not a STORAGE device..

thanks!

If you can forward the SMS messages as an email, you can store them that way.
On version 4.1 of the BB OS, you can click "Forward As" on the SMS (Text message), and click "Email." You can then send it to any email address

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7100i/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/103)

Yup. Save them as emails.
