I am tech support for my company, so of course when BB's came along I have to pick up the support for them. I have a persons that no matter what web page he tries to broswe to he gets the following error. " Could not translate HTML page into HDML".

I am going to pages that I know work,becaus ethey work on other peoples BB's just not this persons.

Any ideas?
