RIM admitted more problems and delays up to 45minutes on email delivery.. so i know i'm not the only one having problems. i highly suggest you contact your carrier's data support departmen and have them get RIM on the phone with you to open a ticket. this is becoming quite frustrating and RIM's closed lip tactics aren't giving me the warm and fuzzies.
Check the forum..... there are a few threads already discussing the problem. It is a RIM BIS 2.0 problem that's been happening for over a month.
