Default Help! Invalid Email Address

Please Login to Remove!

I am at a lost here. My work email password was changed, and now I cannot retrieve emails anymore from my 7100i. The FAQ says to reset the password however, because I deleted the email address already, I cannot do that. And now I cannot add the email address at all because it says the address is invalid.

Any suggestions? I dont even know of a number for tech support.

Im assuming youre using BIS not BES...if thats the case...have you tried redoing your BIS email online?...if nextel offers that. I know that with t-mo you can go online and change around your email accounts for BIS. You can also try and resend your service books.

Now, if youre on BES, someone else here will know more than I do.
