Hi all,

One of our users is suddenly unable to open up a word attachment on his 7290. He was able to open them up last week. Not sure what could have happened. I tried opening the same attachment from the same e-mail, and it opened fine. we are not on BES.

He opens the message, selects 'Open Attachment', selects 'Full Content', an the selects 'Retrieve'. Now the document never opens. He says he gets the check mark next to 'Full Content', and the litle document image in the upper right hand corner, but it just never opens.

Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance
