ok fellow BB-heads , i tried searching trust me ! i know i saw a thread on this before i upgraded but now i can't seem to find it . plz someone point me to the thread or answer my question if you know the answer .... is there any way to downgrade from BIS 2.0 with Cingular back to 1.8 ??? i upgraded and seriously regret it . my email comes and goes when it feels like and i stopped getting my gmails altogether ! i loved my online access with BB website and now i miss it . like an idiot i signed on one day and saw : Upgrade on my BB / Cingular website .... i thought , upgrade ? sure why not ! well , big mistake . now i regret it and wish there was some way to go back to BIS 1.8 . any ideas ? thankx for any links or help .

p.s. i tried searching plz i know there's a thread somewhere but i couldn't find it ...... =(

You have to contact Cingular to downgrade.

Yes, I saw that someone had contacted Cingular. It is possible to be done, just cross your fingers you get the right rep

thankx for the info and link . i will try my best to get a CS rep that i can work with to dwngrade me back to 1.8 . BIS 2.0 sucks in my opinion , i've had emails missing since the upgrade even after CS rep " fixed " the issue .
