You can erase ALL customer information by going into Options -> Security -> General Security click the wheel and select "Wipe Handheld".

That will wipe out all notes, tasts, calendar and contacts.

I tried to erase ALL customer information by going into Options -> Security -> General Security click the wheel and select "Wipe Handheld"......but I dont see that option in security. Also How do I connect my 7520 to a computer? I have the cable and I have installed the software.

Another way that may prove to be faster is to create an Outlook profile sans contacts, sync with that and then sync again with an Outlook profile which contains your desired contacts. Works for me.
