Unhappy connect my 7520 via USB to a PC

Please Login to Remove!

How do I connect my 7520 to my PC? I installed the software. Whats next? I plugeed it in and nothing comes up. My comp wont reconize the device.

Is your USB cable connect via hub or direct to PC? If it's hub go direct to the PC.
