Blackberry Enterprise Server v 4.0.46

last night stopped working at 11:15PM Error 10060. If I remove from behind firewall it works. No changes where made to the firewall, I am the only one with the password. Any one seen anything like this? Rogers says it can only be firewall But know one changed it

This is the first place you should have gone:
http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/8021/customview.html?func=ll&objId=8021

There, a search of 10060 would give you this:
http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/8021/8149/8064/Support_-_BBSRPTest_errors_10060_and_10061.html?nodeid=2502 8&vernum=0

Where it says, in a nutshell:
Quote:
BBSRPTest errors 10060 and 10061
This article applies to the following:
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server™ versions 2.1 through 4.0
  • Integration with Microsoft® Exchange
This issue can be caused by one of the following:
  1. Port 3101 is not open or is refusing outbound connections.
  2. The Internet connection timed out.
I don't deal with them directly, but end up being at the short end of strange network issues, and every time it ends up being the firewall, all I heard from the first report of the problem to the resolution of it being a firewall issue is "it can't be the firewall, no one made any changes"....

Also, you probably should have posted this in the BES Admin Corner.
