I'm not sure how many answers you'll get here. Some people are sensitive on this issue in the case that the BB was stolen.

Yes, this kind of question has become a sensitive issue...to put it candidly...

If the blackberry is yours, it is best to contact Cingular or RIM as mentioned for help.

If the blackberry is not rightfully yours it is best to give it back because Cingular & RIM are pretty good at tracking down stolen blackberry's.
