I am changing one of the manager's BB service from BIS to ExchangeMyMail for his 7100i. I am with TMobile, so I am not so familiar with Nextel (his service), but I as read it, it appears he will NOT need to change anything with Nextel (lilke I did with TMobile).

Nope. Nextel doesn't differentiate between BIS and BES as Tmo and (now) Cingula do.
