OK so I tried the search feature and couldn't find anything. Also tried the FAQ but kept getting side tracked with all of the cool stuff there so here it goes.
I have a user that somehow deleted his mail icon on his 7250. How do I restore it?

They may not have deleted it, it could just be hidden.

Try pressing the "alt" key then pressing the scroll wheel, on the menu that appears, go down to "Show All"

If the inbox/mail icon appears, highlight it, press the "alt" on the menu, untick "hide application"

yup that did it thanks.

but now the mailbox has an x over it. it still works just looks funny.

Sounds like you did the Show All step, but skipped unhiding it. Try that and see if the X doesn't go away.
