Default Mail Connector shuts down frequently - any wisdom?

Please Login to Remove!

Recently started with a new company that uses Exchange, and does not let us access email remotely. (weird, I know, but I'm working on it). I set up my email using the mail connector, and it worked well for a day... but I wondered why I wasn't getting much mail.

Every morning the connector has an X on it. If I go to lunch and come back, the same thing. It is constantly failing.

Any clues or tips on a remedy? Can provide supplemental info as needed.

Thanks,
wil
